1. Serviceable areas
Thunder EV associates ship to most pin codes across India. Remote or island locations may incur additional freight or extended timelines. Availability is confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation.
2. Processing time
- In-stock catalog items: 2–5 business days processing before dispatch.
- Made-to-order / import items: 2–6 weeks as stated on the product page or quote.
- Project orders (multiple SKUs + installation): phased delivery per agreed project schedule.
3. Delivery timelines (after dispatch)

4. Shipping charges
Freight may be included or shown separately at checkout depending on product weight, destination, and associate policy. Heavy DC chargers and transformer-related equipment typically ship by road freight (FTL/part load).
5. Installation dispatch
Installation teams are scheduled after equipment delivery or in parallel for turnkey projects. Site readiness (power availability, civil completion, access) is the buyer's responsibility unless included in the SOW.
6. Tracking
Tracking details (LR/AWB number and carrier name) are shared by email/SMS and in the Customer Portal when dispatched.
7. Delivery acceptance
- Inspect packaging on delivery; note visible damage on the carrier receipt.
- Report concealed damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Large equipment may require forklift/crane access — arrange before delivery date.
8. Partial shipments
Large projects may ship in multiple consignments (e.g. charger, cable kit, accessories). Each shipment is tracked separately. Invoices may be split per dispatch. You will not be charged twice for the same SKU.
9. Rural & remote locations
North-East states, Ladakh, island territories, and pin codes classified as ODA (out of delivery area) may require 10–21+ business days and surcharge freight. Some locations may be unserviceable for heavy freight — confirmed before payment.
10. Delivery failure & reattempt
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absent recipient, or site inaccessibility, reattempt or return-to-origin charges may apply. Storage fees may accrue after carrier holding period.
11. Risk of loss
Title and risk pass to the buyer upon delivery to the order address unless B2B contract states otherwise.
