3. Marketplace role (multi-vendor platform)

Thunder EV Charging Hub is a marketplace platform, technology platform, product discovery platform, lead generation platform, and order facilitation platform. Customers purchase through the Thunder EV website; products and services are supplied, shipped, installed, or warranted by independent vendors, OEMs, distributors, EPC contractors, or installation partners ("Associates").

Unless explicitly stated on a product page or tax invoice, Thunder EV is not the manufacturer, OEM, importer, product designer, warranty provider, or service provider for listed products. Thunder EV facilitates transactions, payment collection (where applicable), order routing, and customer support coordination. See the Master Marketplace Disclaimer.

4. User eligibility

5. Account creation & security

6. Product information disclaimer

Specifications, images, certifications, subsidy eligibility, DISCOM requirements, and compatibility statements are provided by Associates or OEM documentation. Thunder EV validates listings before approval but does not warrant that every description is complete for your specific site. Verify critical specifications before purchase. AI planning outputs and ROI figures are estimates only — not engineering or financial sign-off. See AI & ROI disclaimers.

7. Pricing disclaimer

8. Vendor responsibilities

Associates are responsible for lawful sale of goods/services, accurate listings, timely dispatch, installation quality (where contracted), OEM warranty pass-through, GST-compliant invoicing, and RMA support for items they supply. See our Vendor Policy.

9. Orders, payment & settlement

Orders are confirmed after successful online payment via RBI-authorised aggregators (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU) or other methods approved in writing by Thunder EV. Thunder EV does not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. Payment confirmation triggers fulfilment routing to the relevant Associate subject to acceptance and stock.

10. Installation & professional services

Electrical and civil works require qualified personnel and statutory approvals. Commencement of site work may limit cancellation rights — see Refund Policy.

11. Customer disputes & grievance

Contact Customer Support with your order ID. Thunder EV will coordinate with the fulfilment Associate. Unresolved issues may be escalated per our grievance process. Consumer complaints may be filed with appropriate authorities under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable.

12. Marketplace limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder EV's liability as platform operator is limited to the platform fees or order value paid through Thunder EV for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Thunder EV is not liable for Associate acts/omissions, OEM defects beyond coordination duties, indirect or consequential loss, or force majeure events.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Thunder EV against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, false information, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by Thunder EV's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Intellectual property

Website content, logos, software, and AI tools are owned by Thunder EV or licensors. No reproduction or scraping except as permitted by law or written consent.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction for eligible consumers.

16. Dispute resolution

Parties shall attempt amicable resolution within 30 days via support channels. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at Hyderabad, or courts as above, unless consumer law mandates otherwise.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, DISCOM outages, supply-chain disruption, or payment-network failures.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
