Warranty Policy

How product warranties work on the Thunder EV Charging Hub multi-vendor marketplace.

1. Marketplace role

Thunder EV Charging Hub is a marketplace and order facilitation platform. Unless a product page or tax invoice explicitly states that Thunder EV is the warranty provider, warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer, OEM, brand owner, authorized distributor, or listing vendor.

2. Warranty provider

Each product listing identifies the manufacturer and vendor. The warranty provider is typically the manufacturer or authorized vendor shown on your order confirmation and invoice. Thunder EV does not independently extend OEM warranties unless explicitly stated in writing on the product page.

3. Coverage & exclusions

Warranty periods, coverage scope, exclusions (including installation errors, improper use, unauthorised modifications, and consumables), spare parts availability, on-site service, and AMC terms are defined by the manufacturer/vendor’s warranty documentation supplied with the product or available on request.

4. How to claim warranty

  1. Locate your order ID and product serial number (if applicable).
  2. Open a Service Request in the Customer Portal (type: Warranty or Product issue) or contact info@thunderevhub.com.
  3. Thunder EV will route your claim to the responsible manufacturer/vendor.
  4. The manufacturer/vendor evaluates the claim and decides repair, replacement, or rejection.

5. Thunder EV facilitation only

Thunder EV assists with communication, documentation, and status updates. Final warranty decisions rest with the manufacturer/vendor. Thunder EV is not liable for warranty disputes, spare part shortages, or service delays attributable to the manufacturer/vendor.

6. Installation & commissioning

Warranty may be void or limited if installation was not performed by qualified personnel or if statutory electrical approvals were not obtained. Installation warranties, where offered, are separate from equipment warranties and may be provided by the installation associate.
